Empowering Youth with the Spirit of Jazz

Founded in 2021 by Doug Tidaback, the Colorado Jazz Ambassadors program is dedicated to nurturing young talent in the Denver Metro Area. Our program offers the opportunity for young people of all musical skill levels to improve their musicianship and appreciation for jazz.

The Colorado Jazz Ambassadors is a supplementary program to a student’s school band. All CJA members must be enrolled in their school band program (homeschool students excepted), and we expect our students to keep their commitments to school-sponsored music activities.
